1. About these Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Elite 360 website, any member area, membership application process and any concierge or lifestyle management services that we make available through the website or through communications arising from it. By using the website, creating an account, submitting an application or requesting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms to the extent applicable to you.
If we provide you with a separate membership agreement, proposal, booking confirmation or supplier-specific terms, those documents will also apply. If there is a conflict, the document that relates most specifically to the relevant service will take priority, unless the law requires otherwise.
2. Who we are
The website and services are operated by ELITE 360 LTD ("Elite 360", "we", "us" or "our"), company number 15047746, registered office at 168 City Road, Cardiff, Wales, CF24 3JE. ELITE 360 LTD is registered in England and Wales.

3. Who may use the service
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to apply for membership or instruct us to arrange services. You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is accurate, current and complete.
Membership may be subject to application, review, eligibility criteria, availability, verification and approval. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, a particular membership level, access to an event, reservation, allocation, introduction or other requested benefit.
4. Membership applications and accounts
• We may ask for identity, contact, professional and other information reasonably required to assess or administer a membership application.
• We may request additional verification where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, supplier requirements or the requested service.
• You must keep account credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
• You must not provide false, misleading or fraudulent information or impersonate another person.
• We may decline, pause or close an application or account where reasonably necessary, including for security, legal, reputational or operational reasons, subject to applicable law.
5. Our concierge and lifestyle services
Elite 360 provides concierge and lifestyle management support which may include, depending on the membership or service purchased, sourcing and arranging access to travel, accommodation, dining, events, experiences, transportation, hospitality, lifestyle services, introductions, reservations and other bespoke requests.
The exact scope of your membership or request will be set out in the relevant membership information, proposal, quotation, booking confirmation or other written communication. Services and benefits may be subject to availability, lead times, location, supplier restrictions and additional charges.
6. Third-party suppliers
Many services requested through Elite 360 are fulfilled by independent third parties, such as hotels, airlines, transport providers, venues, restaurants, ticketing partners, event organisers, experience providers and other suppliers. Unless we expressly tell you that Elite 360 itself is the principal supplier of a particular service, our role is to source, facilitate or arrange that service on your behalf.
Third-party services may be subject to the supplier's own terms, cancellation rules, entry requirements, age restrictions, dress codes, health and safety rules, identification requirements and other conditions. You are responsible for complying with those conditions. We will make material supplier terms available where reasonably practicable.
We are not responsible for a third party's acts or omissions where the law does not make us responsible for them. Nothing in these Terms removes any rights you may have against Elite 360 where Elite 360 is legally responsible.
7. Availability, pricing and quotations
Availability and pricing for premium travel, events, tickets, hospitality and bespoke experiences can change rapidly. Unless a quotation expressly states otherwise, a quotation is an indication only until the relevant service is confirmed and any required payment or authorisation has been received.
• Supplier prices, taxes, duties, booking fees, delivery fees, service charges, foreign exchange movements and other third-party charges may affect the final price.
• We will not knowingly add charges that have not been disclosed or authorised, but urgent or changing requests may require further approval before we can proceed.
• A request is not confirmed merely because it has been submitted. Confirmation occurs when we or the relevant supplier confirm the booking or service in writing.
8. Membership fees and payment
Membership fees, joining fees, retainers, deposits, minimum spends or other recurring charges, if applicable, will be shown or communicated before you commit to them. Unless stated otherwise, supplier costs and expenses are separate from membership fees.
You authorise us and our payment providers to process amounts that you have approved in connection with your membership or requested services. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details remain valid and for promptly resolving failed or reversed payments.
If a membership renews automatically, the applicable renewal terms, price and cancellation method must be provided to you before you enter the contract and will form part of your membership agreement. [INSERT FINAL MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL/CANCELLATION MODEL BEFORE PUBLISHING.]
9. Cancellations, cooling-off rights and refunds
Your cancellation and refund rights depend on the type of contract, the service purchased, when performance begins and any applicable supplier terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
• Where UK consumer law gives you a statutory cooling-off period for a distance service contract, we will honour that right.
• If you ask us to begin performing a service during a statutory cancellation period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for work properly performed before cancellation. If the service is fully performed after the required request and acknowledgement, the statutory cancellation right may end.
• Certain bookings may be exempt from statutory cancellation rights or may be non-refundable, including some accommodation, transport, catering, leisure, ticketed event or date-specific services. The relevant supplier or booking terms will apply.
• Where a supplier imposes cancellation charges after you have authorised a booking, those charges may be passed on to you where legally permitted and properly disclosed.
• Refunds for Elite 360 membership fees, if any, will be governed by the applicable membership agreement and your statutory rights.
10. Your instructions and responsibilities
You are responsible for giving us clear, accurate and timely instructions. This includes names, dates, passport or identification details where genuinely required for a booking, accessibility requirements, dietary requirements, travel documents, visa requirements and any other information relevant to a service.
You must independently ensure that you and your guests hold valid passports, visas, insurance, licences, medical documentation or other documents required for travel, attendance or participation, unless we expressly agree in writing to provide a specific verification service.
11. Prohibited use
• Use the website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening or discriminatory purposes.
• Attempt to obtain tickets, reservations, goods, services or access using false identities, stolen payment details or other deceptive methods.
• Interfere with the security, availability or operation of the website, member area or connected systems.
• Copy, scrape, reproduce or commercially exploit protected website content except as permitted by law or with our written consent.
• Use a membership, benefit, invitation, access credential or booking in a way that breaches supplier rules or is intended for unauthorised resale.
12. Website content and intellectual property
The website, branding, logos, text, design, photographs, graphics and other content owned by or licensed to Elite 360 are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the website for personal and legitimate business interaction with Elite 360, but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or exploit our content without permission, except where the law permits.
Third-party names, logos, images and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. References to third-party brands do not imply ownership or endorsement unless expressly stated.
13. Website availability and security
We aim to keep the website secure and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change all or part of the website for maintenance, security, operational or legal reasons. You are responsible for using appropriate security on your own devices and accounts.
14. No professional advice
Information supplied through Elite 360 is not legal, tax, investment, medical or other regulated professional advice unless the relevant advice is expressly provided by an appropriately qualified professional under a separate engagement. Where we introduce or source a professional, that professional is responsible for their own advice and services.
15. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or liability that cannot be excluded under consumer law.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for business losses where you are using the service wholly or mainly for personal purposes.
If you use our services for business purposes, then to the fullest extent permitted by law we will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings arising from your use of the website or services. Any separate commercial agreement may contain a more specific liability regime.
16. Events outside our reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, transport disruption, strikes, venue closures, supplier failure, governmental action, security incidents, public health measures, telecommunications outages or other force majeure events. We will take reasonable steps to reduce disruption and, where relevant, assist with alternatives subject to availability and cost.
17. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to an account or service where you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, misuse the service, create a security or fraud risk, act unlawfully, or where continuing the relationship would place us in breach of law or a binding supplier obligation. Where appropriate, we will give reasonable notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
Termination does not remove rights or obligations that arose before termination, including properly incurred supplier charges or payment obligations.
18. Privacy
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please read it before submitting a membership application or concierge request, particularly where you provide passport information, information about guests or emergency contacts, or sensitive details such as accessibility or dietary requirements.
19. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, please contact us promptly at info@elite360.uk We will investigate complaints fairly and aim to resolve them within a reasonable time. Complaints about a third-party supplier may need to be handled under that supplier's complaint process, although we may assist where appropriate.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, membership model, suppliers, technology or legal requirements. The current version will be published on the website with its effective date. Where a material change affects an existing paid membership, we will provide any notice required by law or by your membership agreement.
21. General
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right. No person other than you and Elite 360 has a right to enforce these Terms except where the law or a specific contract expressly provides otherwise.
22. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory rights and protections given to you by the law that applies to you. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer right to bring proceedings elsewhere in the United Kingdom.
