Deleting Your Elite 360 Account

To request deletion of your Elite 360 account and associated data, email info@elite360.uk from your registered email address with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.

What is deleted: your profile information, contact details, and app login credentials.

What is retained, and why: transaction records and KYC/identity verification data are retained for a period after account closure as required by UK anti-money-laundering (AML) and financial services regulations, even after your account is deleted. This data is not used for any purpose beyond legal/regulatory compliance during that retention period.
